What To Expect From Your First Visit
Our clinic in Burlington is located on Walkers Line, about 1km south of Upper Middle Rd. We are easily accessible by Burlington Transit, with ample parking at the clinic as well. Expect to be in the clinic for 45 minutes.
Step 1. New Patient Forms
As you step into our office, Candice or Tanis will warmly welcome you. Our Burlington clinic has a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere, so come relaxed and ready for an easy, care-free experience. You’ll be asked to complete some patient forms, which tell us some essential details about you and the condition our team will address. This process usually takes no more than 10 minutes. After finishing the paperwork, you’ll officially become a new patient at our clinic!
Step 2. Examination & Consultation
Once your forms are filled out, Dr. Derek will meet with you for about half an hour to review your paperwork, talk about what brings you to the clinic, and conduct a thorough examination.
Step 3. Treatment
Following the completion of the examination and consultation, Dr. Derek Jasek will then provide a report of findings and personalized treatment recommendations for you. If applicable, treatment will also be administered during this visit. Then you will head back out to see Candice or Tanis, who will assist you in scheduling your next visits to begin your healing journey!
